Hello. My name is Michelle Foster.  I am a professional, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Sound Facilitator.  I believe in treating the mind, body and spirit to reach an overall feeling of balance and wellness.

I incorporate a variety of modalities of therapeutic massage to alleviate pain, relieve muscle soreness, and improve mobility. Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, suffering from an overuse injury from work or play, or just needing to relax and let go of the outside world, massage can help speed recovery and get you back to leading your best life.

Reiki- This powerful modality can be a stand alone session or an add-on to massage to take your recovery to a deeper level. Using a light, hands-on approach, this energy modality promotes reduced pain, fatigue, and anxiety to leave you with a feeling of relaxation and inner peace.

Body Bowl Massage Immersion- A 90-minute session combining therapeutic massage, Himalayan Singing Bowls on the body and Crystal Singing Bowls. The bowls facilitate a shift in the brain waves to promote a quicker and deeper sense of relaxation in the body and mind. The vibration of the bowls on the body promote balance on an energetic and cellular level. Along with preparing the body to be more open and receptive to bodywork, the bowls help the mind flow into a meditative state allowing this treatment to promote a sense of overall body and mind wellness. (Add 30 minutes of Reiki to this session for a 2-hour mind, body and spirit wellness journey.)
