I incorporate a variety of modalities of therapeutic massage to alleviate pain, relieve muscle soreness, and improve mobility. Reiki- This powerful modality can be a stand alone session or an add-on to massage to take your recovery to a deeper level. Using a light, hands-on approach, this energy modality promotes reduced pain, fatigue, and anxiety to leave you with a feeling of relaxation and inner peace.

Sound Bath- A relaxing journey of Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls.

Mountain Soul Mobile Massage brings you all the benefits of Massage, Reiki or Sound Therapy into your home, office, vacation rental, or event site. I offer out-call massage in Summit County, Colorado (Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne & Keystone).
