Hello. My name is Michelle Foster.  I am a professional, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Sound Facilitator.  I believe in treating the mind, body and spirit to reach an overall feeling of balance and wellness. Each session is customized for your specific needs and goals. Your health is your number one priority to living your best life, so let's work together to find the best treatment for you. 

I offer Massage Therapy, Reiki Sessions, Sound/Body Therapy and private Sound Baths. You can book these individually or as a combination of more than one therapy.

Body Bowl Massage Immersion-My signature treatment is a 90-minute session combining therapeutic massage and Himalayan Singing Bowls on the body. The bowls facilitate a shift in the brain waves to promote a quicker and deeper sense of relaxation in the body and mind. The vibration of the bowls on the body promote balance on an energetic and cellular level. Along with preparing the body to be more open and receptive to bodywork, the bowls help the mind flow into a meditative state allowing this treatment to promote a sense of overall body and mind wellness. (Add 30 minutes of Reiki to this session for a 2-hour mind, body and spirit wellness journey.)

Mountain Soul Mobile Massage brings you all the benefits of massage therapy or Reiki & Sound Therapy into your home, office, vacation rental, or event site. I offer out-call massage in Summit County, Colorado (Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne & Keystone).
