Originally, a small town girl from Iowa, I followed my heart to the beautiful mountains of Summit County, Colorado.

In 2003 I graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, trained in Sweedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports massage. I am proactive in learning more about the body and how to help clients reach their goals.

I love the outdoors and all the activities this beautiful place has to offer. I am no stranger to injuries, soreness and the overall stress that the activities we love can place on the body.

I have a strong connection to Eastern Philosophies and healing modalities, energetics and the mind, body and soul connection. I have been a student of Reiki since 2015, always striving to deepen my practice and share with others. 

Education, empathy, professionalism, compassion and a strong ethical code are things I bring to my table in each session.
