Originally, a small town girl from Iowa, I followed my heart to the beautiful mountains of Summit County, Colorado.

In 2003 I graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, trained in Sweedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports massage. I have a strong connection to Eastern Philosophies and healing modalities, energetics and the mind, body and soul connection.

I have been a student of Reiki since 2015, always striving to deepen my practice and share with others. I reached the Reiki Teacher level in 2020 and hope to share this gift with others in the future. 

Education, empathy, professionalism, compassion and a strong ethical code are things I bring to my table in each session.
